The day I completed my First Degree training my life was completely transformed. Having completed higher tier Master/Teacher training in January 2000 I have had the pleasure of teaching hundreds of students and hearing how it has changed their lives for the better.

I honour the traditional teaching of the Usui System as a simple, powerful method for helping myself and others to achieve their full potential in all aspects of life. My classes are informal, small and friendly so that all students are guaranteed personal attention and support together with high quality training.

I have a First Class Honours Degree in Philosophy and am fully qualified Life Coach, providing training in Personal Development, Stress Management and Weight Management.
